Please read these terms carefully before registering or placing any bet at w8j. By using the platform you agree to be bound by all clauses set out below.
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the w8j platform, including the website at w8j.club, all related mobile applications, and any services offered through those channels (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by w8j and is intended solely for adult entertainment purposes. By accessing, registering on, or placing wagers through the Platform you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.
w8j reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. - You are not acting as a professional gambler or using any form of automated system, bot, algorithm, or systematic strategy to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over w8j.
- You have not been self-excluded or excluded by w8j from the Platform at any point in the past, unless that exclusion has been formally lifted by w8j.
w8j reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage. Providing false information during registration or at any other stage is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held in the account.
Account Registration & Security
Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Registration of more than one account — whether under the same name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts belonging to that player may be closed without notice, and any bonus winnings accrued across those accounts will be voided.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. w8j will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify w8j immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
- You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, and current address.
- KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required before your first withdrawal or at any other time w8j reasonably deems it necessary.
- You must update your account information promptly if any details change. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in account suspension.
- w8j reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or any other reasonable cause.
Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on the w8j Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. w8j accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladesh bank accounts including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank. Deposits are typically credited to your account within 30 seconds of successful payment confirmation.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where operationally possible. w8j may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method. w8j does not charge withdrawal fees, however your payment provider may apply their own charges.
- Deposits made from payment methods not registered to the account holder's name may be rejected at w8j's discretion.
- Funds in your w8j account do not earn interest and may not be transferred to another player's account.
- Withdrawals are subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonuses credited to the account.
- Any winnings generated through suspected fraudulent, collusive, or system-exploiting behaviour may be withheld pending investigation.
Bonuses & Promotions
w8j offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including a welcome bonus on the first deposit, periodic reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL and IPL cricket seasons. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion and to the general bonus terms set out in this section.
Unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise, the following general bonus rules apply across all w8j promotions:
- Bonus funds are non-withdrawable. Only the net winnings generated from wagering on bonus funds may be withdrawn, subject to completing the stated wagering requirement (rollover).
- Bonuses claimed in a fraudulent manner, including through the use of multiple accounts or false registration details, will be voided and any associated winnings forfeited.
- w8j reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, including where a promotion has been offered in error.
- Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the specified game titles and expire if not used within the stated validity period.
General Platform Terms

All content on the w8j Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software and user interface elements, is the intellectual property of w8j or its licensed partners. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of w8j.

Technical Issues
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error or connectivity issue that affects a game round in progress, w8j will use reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical failure, w8j may at its discretion void the round and return the wager amount to the player's account. w8j is not liable for losses caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including internet outages or device failures on the player's side.

Complaints & Disputes
If you wish to raise a complaint regarding any aspect of the w8j Platform or service, you should contact the w8j support team in the first instance via email at [email protected]. w8j will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, w8j's decision on the matter shall be final and binding, subject to any applicable legal requirements.

Anti-Money Laundering
w8j maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with applicable regulations. w8j may request documentary evidence of the source of funds deposited into your account at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in suspension of your account and reporting to relevant authorities. Players must not use the Platform for any money laundering, financial crime or other illicit financial activity.

Account Closure
You may request closure of your w8j account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and any amounts subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period. w8j may retain account records as required by applicable law following closure.

Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, that provision will be severed from the remaining Terms, which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the w8j Platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to law enforcement authorities:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
- Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage, fix outcomes, or defraud w8j or fellow players.
- Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including proceeds of crime, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, game logic errors, or glitches to obtain winnings that would not have been generated under normal game conditions.
- Registering under a false identity, providing forged documents, or impersonating another person for the purpose of accessing or operating an account.
w8j employs fraud detection systems that operate continuously. Suspected prohibited conduct triggers an internal review process. Players found in breach of this section will have their accounts closed permanently and any outstanding balances forfeited without recourse.
Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, w8j shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if w8j has been advised of the possibility of such damages. w8j's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player into their account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. w8j makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that use of the Platform is lawful in their country or territory of residence.
Changes to These Terms
w8j reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, w8j will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
